Need help getting over my shyness

I am more of a closet nudist. I don`t know any other nudists to hang with so I usually go without clothes when I know I`m alone either in the house or if I can find a nice secluded spot in the hills. I`m a full time student and work in a school so that doesn`t give me much oppertunity to strip down and relax.
